They are banned in California I think. If not, than it is just my county (started about a year ago)

It's not just menthols, but any flavored tobacco. People won't be smoking up blunts anymore: no more swisher-sweets

Not all of California. Menthols are my poison of choice here in Riverside--and since March my nicotine (and booze) consumption has gone way up.

We didn't even vote on it, city council passed it on their own.
