the hydroxychloroquine study that found that the drug was ineffective and dangerous for covid-19 treatment, has now been withdrawn as questions were raised about the accuracy of the data. the study passed peer review without having to let anyone authenticate their data and they have now refused to let anyone else review their data citing privacy concerns.
the 50 year old drug that was viewed as safe for ppl without heart problems was found to be dangerous by this study.

health professionals are now starting to approve protests but only if they agree with them.
"However, as public health advocates, we do not condemn these gatherings as risky for COVID-19 transmission. We support them as vital to the national public health and to the threatened health specifically of Black people in the United States. We can show that support by facilitating safest protesting practices without detracting from demonstrators' ability to gather and demand change. This should not be confused with a permissive stance on all gatherings, particularly protests against stay-home orders."
