#19Whittier and Northridge earthquakes were the biggest for me. Mid 80’s to mid 90’s we had a shitload of big earthquakes here in LA.Comment -

#20Northridge Earthquake as I was living on the fault line at the time. Could not stand to violent, neighbors were screaming, apartment buildings were crumbling, all car alarms were going off on the city street.. Everything on shelves were crashing on the ground in my apartment. I could not walk thru my apartment after because of broken glass, dishes, etc..Originally posted by manny24oh wow i don't think i ever felt an earthquake since living in ME

When happening I felt like it was the end of the world.. It came at night time so all lights went out and it was pitch black in my apartment also, could not see anything.. You then smelt gas leaks after..
I think the Northridge earthquake back in the 90's was a 6.7 but it was the kind of earthquake that was a violent shaker and not a roller.. Felt like 10.0...
You don't want to experience that.. NO FUN!! SCARY!!! Earthquake roller in the day time a cake walk... Night time violent shakers your worse nightmare especially if you live on the bottom floor of an apartment building.. You're hoping that ceiling and the above floors don't come crashing down and crush you!!!
That's my earthquake experiences.. Some are fun some are a nightmare....Comment -
