To be honest I haven't even seen the vid as my laptop was updating and I was on my phone. Opti contacted me and asked if we should delete the video due to the number of complaints on the forum and via proper channels about the content. After reading the thread I chose to trust those in here who said it was foul but I'm walking a fine line here... we have people who full on verbally bash other ethnicities and yet we're expected to deleted/ban anyone who says anything about Black Americans. So I'm in a bloody hard spot here and don't really have guidance on it so I'm calling the shots as far as how I operate.

I feel ANY racism should be ditched and always have but it's not consistent forum wide. From this moment on if I'm alerted to it I'm going to delete it and ban. Report the post please if you feel offended. No one should be bashing anyone at this point solely based on skin colour.

It's not really a new policy, it's what I'm going to endeavour to do and then when people complain to forum@sportsbookreview.com my colleagues can decide if it's warranted. It's one thing if it's a newer member or a blatant troll account but when people just post stuff to deliberately inflame or because they simply don't care that it's not a good look for a company - especially now - then why do we want them here anyway? I'll take on board what you said about the warnings though although I've given so many out to the same people over and over and it seems they just laugh at them. I'll try though

I have banned him and many others several times. Despite popular belief I do get overruled, especially by fukkdonkeys who never worked at a forum before here. I can only do what I can do. Just like you can stop posting words that you know aren’t acceptable here.
