dallas police also killed a white guy kneeling on him for 13 minutes
his mother said the police told her they just found him dead. they even drugged him with a powerful sedative after he lost consciousness.

The guy was the wrong color to make the headlines.

The media purposely incites racial violence and conflict.

So the U.S media/world news didn’t care to share this story, mind you @ the same time contributed to the 1st BLM movement during the summer of 2016 while covering black people dying from cops.

          Happens to all races

          later
He also suggested the protests obfuscated key data, pointing to statistics from The Washington Post*showing that a*total of 41 unarmed people were shot and killed by U.S.*police in 2019 -- 19 of them white, nine black*and nine Hispanic.

Which is exactly why we should all support the riots and protests right now. This isn’t proof that police don’t use excessive force disproportionately against blacks, this just means it occasionally happens to whites as well.

We should all stand against police brutality because it affects us all, just not equally

Newly released police body camera footage shows the moments leading up to death of Tony Timpa, an unarmed Texas man who died after calling 911.

Three Dallas police officers were charged Thursday in connection with the death of an unarmed man who called 911 for help after getting anxious while high on cocaine.

So why didn’t the whites protest/riot ? It was an evening story & then the next day it wasn’t a story anymore. You don’t think the media is driven to expose the black/white headline ?

Disproportionate to what though? Sure, disproportionate to population percent, but it sure correlates nicely to violent crime rates. Seems that the more likely you are to commit a violent crime, the more likely you are to be killed by police. Go figure. Who would've thunk. I am all for cleaning up departments and getting rid of the bad apples, but acting like barbarians isn't going to achieve that.

So we don’t disagree. Both sides perpetuate the others behaviors. Its ok to expect the PD to be better and take the high road and do their part in fixing the problem. Right now, they aren’t doing that though.

I dont support riots. More reved up people are, the more they act out further. This wont change anything. If your not liked by society then change who you are etc. The blk guy who died..if he didnt resist and was peacefull..all is great. However, it became an issue and some officers when pushed take offense like the minnesota dummie. We when out numbered or vs authority bigger..must not push things...if we do well.....bad crap can happen. Take south carolina guy running from car murdered...just sit in car dont run. Again officer reved up n killed him. Do not awaken the giant.

Seems US cops are just poorly trained. Big gap between the rich & poor, and a crappy public service (health, law enforcement) is in line with the same narrative.

Don't like to speak ill of the dead, but gun totting former NBAer Stephen Jackson called him his "twin". That's quite an indictment in my book.
