Had a little chick dance next to me at a live fast beat reggae concert a few years back and I was like wow.. I could not keep up with her. I'm not a bad dancer either.. Just out of touch. It stuck with me though.. A memory I could not forget easily..

Anyways -

Just a tutorial below for you young punks or older folks that can still move and grove a bit!!

You dance with the right music and spacing like this and you will wow the crowd...



Dare you to try and learn, I'm trying at age 52... Tough on the knees a bit and I'm a tall man.. Learning though in my spare time and getting it right..


It's not that hard.. Try it!!! It's good exercise at worst!!
