Trying to get out of the country for awhile

What other places have no travel bans right now? Any good spots in maybe Asia or Latin America that are open to foreign nationals? I want to spend a few months in a relatively cheap city.

I hear some countries are subsidizing to promote tourism and attract visitors. I know Japan has something going on. Sicily too in Italy. Maybe you can take advantage of something.
