I’m not a DR I just posted the quote from the medical examiner’s report and it clearly says that the police actions are one of three things that resulted in the mans death with a fourth possible reason being intoxicants. I’m not making excuses for the cop but there is a lot more to this story than is being released at this point.

They also said that he told the cops that he was claustrophobic and collapsed onto the ground when they tried to put him in the police car. Maybe he was also having some type of anxiety attack.
