red bell peppers, olive oil, and throw some over-easy eggs in there too with some diced potatoes. mix it together. paprika and salt as spices to name a few.

just some olive oil.....don't overdo it. if you do then drain it out in a strainer and use paper towel.

EDIT: Red wine instead of olive oil is a decent alternative.

first of all realize that most sausages are really bad for you, so if you must eat them on occasion (and I do but not often) buy a decent sausage or make it yourself. cook it in a good sauce not the shit you buy in the supermarket, make that yourself. it is simple


so now you have red sauce and sausage for your company, make a salad with Romaine, tomato and red onion. use a good evoo and any type of vinegar you like. A piece of good Italian bread and a little glass of cold R Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon. now don't fck it by using shit cheese. buy a good piece of romano and grate it.
