Mom is the Italian chef in the kitchen growing up.. I'm American though today.. Meat and potatoes man usually.. Rabbit food tonight..

I never paid much attention to mom's cooking when cooking the Italian dishes 19hole.. I can't help ya there buddy..

Good old ma did cook up some mean and great Italian dishes growing though up I can't lie.. Cheesy and fattening as hell, Lasagna layer up was her specialty and family favorite.. YUM!!!

Goat, I always go with fresh rosemary, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. I have a rosemary plant that has turned into a 5 foot tree that I need a hand truck to get out of the house into the yard for the summer.
