Need Help! Printer Setup Question

There could be a default password written in the instructions.

Does anyone know how to reset the Epson WF-3640 unit to complete defaults (clearing out a set admin password)? I am needing to do a firmware update, but it is not taking the password that I set. I’m 95% sure I am typing it correctly. I’ve tried every password I can think of that I would have used for it. I have done the restore default settings option but the admin password stays after the reset. Please help! Epson has not been any help to this point.

the password for the router? usually on a sticker from the cable company on the router

never heard of a specific printer password

It maybe your WiFi password
It has a WiFi setup and you have to type your WiFi password

Thanks Foxx. Had to connect with a USB to get this mother printing. Wireless setup was too much of a mystery for me.
