I usually get it from bench press

Im wondering if I should get an inversion table or those electric shock pads

I have all kind of medicine balls, ropes, bands, etc but sometimes its just a sharp fukkin pain and those dont help

So do i spend 300 on inversion table or shock therapy?

L1, L2, L4 and L5 all herniated for 15+ years, maybe longer...inversion table works when it gets really bad. bout the only thing too...tried the epidural injection and got a spinal headache. got a medical card and helps little to none. best of luck

          Asian Massage Parlor, Rudy

They will rub your lower back with hand while rubbing your taint with the other hand.

          It's good

i always wanted to try an inversion table

have a bulging disc between L5 and S1

i like barbell incline better than flat. less pain when i do not lay flat.

Go get an adjustment from a chiropractor, you can usually get one for about 40 bucks.

dumbbells seem to work better for me, for whatever reason

i dont think it is my deadlift (different day) but might get a trap bar just incase

I've seen people do bench press with their knees tucked above their mid section.

In theory, to put less strain on their back.

Can't say I have experience with it to know if it works.

Foam roller is another thing ppl claim success with.

Are these the dumbbells you were going to sell me? And then completely ignored me when I said lets do it?

Hey Rudy, penetrate you and your dumbbells.

Nope, seated leg press, move feet from low center on bad up to point where your heels are all that's left on pad.

Will stretch whole back and hammy. Helps a lot when doing strenuous bench

                                    i have 3 foam rollers

i dont compete in weight lifting but most tuck and arch back

they actually, make their chest small and press midsection

if i ignore that, press laying flat, i hurt my elbows because it is more arms than anything

I tried chiropractor, physical therapy, and injections. Nothing really worked.

I was scheduled for surgery and then someone told me to try acupuncture as it helped them. I was like, no way, that shIt will never work! That’s voodoo crap!

Out of curiosity, and a Hail Mary attempt to avoid surgery, I tried it out. It was a miracle! After 4 appointments, back pain went away 90%.

Stopped going after 6 appointments. About every 6 months or so the back pain would start to come back so I’d go to acupuncture again for 1 or 2 appointments to make the pain go away.

After doing this cycle a couple times, my back pain has disappeared. I haven’t been back to acupuncture in about 18 months now.

this was all for Herniated disk

Yes, you’ll lay on your stomach, they’ll stick a bunch of needles in you. Doesn’t hurt except for a few “pinches” when they put them in. You’ll lay there about 45 minutes, then they’ll come back to your room and take them out. You don’t feel anything when they take them out.

My insurance covered it, I had to pay $20 co
pay per visit. If your insurance doesn’t cover it, you might have to pay around $100. The lady I went to did it for $50 for the people that didn’t have insurance.
