1- the Mayor did it, and he doesn't have authority. Just adds to the circus that is NY and Coumo/DeBlasio being literally the last 2 people on Earth you'd want in charge of your local bingo game let alone a pandemic

3- it puts children in home instead of school, unsupervised
4- it paves the way to extend the local burroughs shutdown thru Sept as well...which Coumo cannot have for political reasons
