But in fact no one can be held against their will, that is called kidnapping in all states. If he is sick or not he can walk and refuse treatment. You can do that in a prison as well. Just have to sign a document saying if you die that is on you.

At my job we have all races working together as a family against monsters of society. At no point do I even think about race.
