You need to keep in mind that your sample size is 375. That's NOTHING. Even in sportsbetting when you have a 50% chance of winning a 375 sample is still nothing. But when your actual percentages will likely be closer to 1 or 2 percent(rather than 50% in sports) your are going have greater variance with such a small sample size and such low death percentage.

There are a lot of different variables as well. Healthcare in different regions, different lifestyles in different regions, average age in different regions etc. If I had to predict... in 6 months from now... and even 1 month from now these numbers will start to level off a little. I suspect MANY will go down but some will go up.

I tell you what... I'll come back to this thread in 1 MONTH and if I am wrong I will fully apologize for my ignorance. But if I am right... be prepared for me to bump this thread to illustrate why people shouldn't put so much faith in small sample sizes. Especially in instances like these when .55% could easily turn to 2% in a very short period of time. In Costa Rica you are in the top of the first inning in a 7 game series that just started. If you think these stats will remain constant throughout... I think you may be in for a rude awakening. Like I said... if I am wrong... I will come back and apologize for my ignorance.

Another thing to keep in mind... if the numbers from the link I posted are correct... it says that there are only 4 recovered cases in Costa Rica so far. This thing usually doesn't kill people overnight. Many people don't die for more than 2 weeks. In order for your numbers to be fully accurate... it would mean that virtually all of your active cases would need to survive.

Recovered cases=4
Fatal cases=2

When your fatal cases is less than 1% of your recovered cases... feel free to call me a moron/dikface.
