    How many people are working out at home during quarantine ?
    What things ya doin ?
    I'm no fitness buff.. jus tryna not add alot of lbs on ...

      i will photograph what showed up today that my wife ordered (it'll have to sit three days before I actually open it), but safe to say I'll watch her use it and somehow incorporate "sexy ass workout" into our "stay at home shenanigans".... she ordered the butt workout contraption in light of our club closing its doors for now....

      as for me, I still get a few reps of this in each day before breakfast:

          I'm doing cardio and body weight exercises. Alternating between running and cycling. Lots of pushups and pull ups. I never liked gyms before coronavirus. I'd rather be outside in the fresh air and sun anytime.

            walking once a day

            doing dumbbell exercises using the bowflex select tech ones i bought a couple of years ago

            toughest part to train is chest so i do various boxing punches with weighted dumbbells (high punch, low punch, regular jab, body punch, etc) to work the chest.

            i could not fit the adjustable bench in my apartment or that would help a lot now. good thing is everything is standing now though so i engage my core.

                  They closed the community gym in my complex, and the municipality shut down the local community sports complex. So that's put a crimp in my routine. I will probably start up something at home soon with dumbbells and push ups and what not.

                  I'm a little over 2 weeks into isolation and have lost about 8 pounds already on my coronavirus diet so that's a silver lining. Another 15 pounds and I'll be around my ideal weight. Maybe I'll be able touch net again.
