Has your financial situation changed because of one measly week?
It's only been one week. Basically a week off.
This had not meant nothing for me.
You?

Lost 34k in my 401k but plenty of time in life to make that up. But it’s gross that these billion dollars companies can scream to the mountains for a bailout after 2 weeks of no business. Why are huge companies basically living paycheck to paycheck? It’s amazing the power of lobbyists. Begging for handouts. As you can see in the last crisis there was no lobbyists helping American people from losing their homes. And I don’t see any lobbyists pushing for a bailout on the student loan crisis. But no let’s get those airlines some money, especially since they’ve been using their free cash flow to buy back stock. You think if an American said “hey I blew my savings so I could get nice things but then I got fired can I have a bailout?” it would get the same level of attention? No they would be ridiculed. Why does the public continue to allow the politicians they vote for to have the power to line their own pockets and these companies? But not help the citizens that vote for them? We should be more aware of this. We are to blame and it’s sad that so many people rather fight left/right that look at what these corrupt fuc.ks do everyday.

Hasn't changed my life at all. My wife and her aunt closed their business until the 30th of March, but me and my dad's business will continue as usual.
Expecting the wife to get shit done around the house during her time off.

Yes. Apparently the Gov’t is going to send me free money and the part-time work that I do has increased to include more items to ship out. I withdrew all our money out of the stock market well before I retired so no hit there. Joe.

Your point about big companies is what I was referring to for Western societies. It's a joke.

I’m born and raised in Santa Barbara , one of the most desired places to live in the world. I still own property there. Yes, for me , Vietnam is a much better place for me to live. I also have an apartment in Shenzhen, China. Vietnam is an awesome place.

Of course it’s changed. The industry where I get my income has completely shut down indefinitely. I had a money tree in that industry and I kept my cash cow underneath it’s shade.
That changes things.

Exactly. I may have the same money in the bank as a week ago, but no markets to churn that put that money there.
The situation has certainly changed.
