The problem here in the US is that the people that are still sore over Trump beating them in the 2016 election are trying to put all of the blame on him for the virus reaching the states in a last ditch attempt to make him look bad so that their piss-poor candidate can limp into the White House next year.

Maybe if they were not wasting everyone's time in January and February trying to impeach him over nothing, more important things could have been focused on.

Just a thought.

It starts with regular people becoming more informed. Learning how to find reliable information and not just what one channel or one source tells them. Then taking that information and making sure not to elect people who won’t stand behind them. Making sure the person they vote for is actually going to have their back. Keeping them honest. If you don’t then everything you said above will continue to happen here. The dumber as a society we get the easier it is for these fools to continue to do whatever they want. And based on this virus alone it truly shows how apart even the common people are and how unintelligent as well.

Exactly! Just days after Pelosi was "walking the articles of impeachment" to the Senate, Trump was signing "Suspension of Entry" from China to USA. And by the way, Schumer called Trump a "racist" for doing that, while Biden said it was "xenophobic". Makes all their big talk now about what they would have done sound pretty hollow...

Well said. At the local level this is completely possible and can be achieved. Unfortunately, with our 2 party system this is next to impossible at the state and national level. Neither of the candidates rarely have the peoples' best interest in mind. They may spew what people want to hear to get elected, but ultimately their interests remain with with their largest corporate campaign donors and the international banking cartels.
