You can go the traditional route of hashtagging things that get under 50k posts and constantly engaging with other accounts, but that will take a long time.

My advice is to buy shoutouts from micro-influencer accounts (those with 10k-100k followers) or 24h story posts and your following will spike up pretty fast.
