Wake up take a dump, power stretch for 10 minutes maybe..

2 Sets of 40 pushups, 2 sets of shoulder military press, 2 sets of arms, 2 sets of shoulder raises with dumb bells. Set of 50 sit ups...

Either run a mile and do stairs or just hop on my stair climbing machine at home for 20 minutes on high level.. Try to sweat out a shirt either way and get the heart rate up.

Drink a protein shake with creatine, blueberries, spinach, egg whites and almond milk, expensive protein powders, etc after..

I usually find a documentary, online course lecture or something on regular TV to watch. To ease the boredom and repetitiveness.

Light shadow box warm up. Then whatever series of reps.

Afterward when muscles are warmed up and have blood flow. Then I do stretches and yoga'esque stuff. Less chance of muscle tears and injury then(?).

It is possible stretching needs a warmup preceding it to be both safe and effective. Otherwise its like cold stretching which could tear muscles/cause injury if they're not warmed up and ready to be flexed. At least that's the theory that I practice. I can't say I've tried putting it to the test.
