As long as the coils, your air and the water collection are relatively clean. You can drink it and use it for cooking purposes etc.
Reverse osmosis water filters and UV treatment can be bought on amazon for like $200+. With this setup you can have a half decent supply of drinkable potable water.
They also sell prebuilt machines that do the same job, with filters built in but they run like $1,000+ which is probably outside more peoples budgets.
