I like Hman very very very much. I think he is lovely and very passionate about his role. However him and I have for the past 10 years have operated in very different ways as necessitated by where we were. Instead of a proper migration, people who had no concept of SBR were suddenly plopped here expected to deal with posters, processes and fellow staff that they had zero clue about and the same went with SBR crew of the RX. I had maybe went to the Rx twice and was suddenly told to mod there when they have very different rules and an acceptable way of going about things. How is that supposed to work??

To the point where three weeks ago I stopped even bothering to open the emails I get from there because who the fukk knows how to mod that forum other than those that currently do. From the day I was told I needed to be involved there - say two years ago - I've asked repeatedly what policies apply, etc - and never got a response. You calling me a cokksukker here won't get you banned. I'm pretty sure you're screwed there if you do. It's a whole different mindset but not a bad one... however when I'm sitting here dealing with all of this crap behind the scenes including all of this stuff from people who actually run this joint, my tolerance for some stuff may be a bit stretched. Especially when he was given advice that may have made a few of our jobs a bit more tricky - not through any fault of his own obviously@

Again Hman is a very sweet, lovely and capable staff member but he's definitely more of an SBR guy than I am an Rx chick. My plate is full here at the moment and I trust he has things under control there!

SBR is well run, but I do think the mod of the industry area thinks he’s a respected dictator there...Shari, I think you’re in the same country as him, take him to a MMA class, get some backbone in him. I JOKE about us having a boxing match for SBR and I get another useless infraction. Only mod to ever give me one. Hell, Shari hasn’t even given one to Cuse, yet he’s trash. I say “kill yourself”, nothing else, to the dude’s joke infraction and get 9 points, perm ban. Which apparently someone over his head, removed later without my knowledge.
