Learn to cook healthy at home. Save money and get healthy that way..

Fast food joints those minimum wage employees in the kitchens get bored and spit and piss in the cooking sauces just for giggles and kicks.

agreed.

the more i get older the more i value eating at home and knowing the ingredients.

can't even trust health food places to give you the proper protein amounts they say.

i know a couple of chefs at 4 and 5* food places and they tell me they never eat out.......

Well if they are chefs at 4 and 5 star restaurants they can certainly make better food on their own.

yep that true, but i dont think they trust the kitchens workers when they are not in them too.

In college I was a short order cook at a family restaurant.

Once, a customer came back into the kitchen to complain to our dishwasher about a plate that was not clean on the salad bar. He got physical and grabbed the dishwasher (a 17 y.o. high school kid) by the collar and threatened him. We (the cooks) had to grab the guy to get him out of the kitchen. Our manager (the p#ssy), offered to cover the guy's meal that day. I'm not saying I was involved but, his meal was made with "special" care.

Stuff happens in the back more often than you would ever believe.
Do not f#k with people that handle your food.
