Your salmon is the best, I have to acknowledge that.

Also, there's a big difference in variety on both coasts.

Jaker, when I was in SF the first time I was stoked to try their seafood, and it was like a let down.

Last time I was there, maybe six years ago, it wasn't horrible, I'd say run of the mill is a better description.

Cracker Barrel for pancakes or country fried steak is actually a very good meal, and a good bang for you buck.
But the rest of their menu is just OK.

The other mall we go to every now and then has a Cracker Barrel in there.
So we tried it out.
It was OK, better than expected, not my go to big block chain, that'll be Cheesecake Factory, but they ain't cheap, good, but not cheap.

Red Lobster is an overpriced chain. Their food is just okay. The biscuits on the other hand...excellent.
