I am telling you now there are two things I get the most PMs, reports, emails and messages on social media about: racist shit and homophobic stuff.

In a distant third and fourth place are messages about my son (as many here have watched and heard about him since he was born) and if I can get them a job here too.

You are claiming the motive behind being the word police is good business, so I'm just asking has business increased since you've been doing that? If it hasn't, then it would seem it's more of a personal preference of yours because certain words hurt your feelings. You keep saying it was before you were a mod/admin but I hear stories that the constant infractions and bans over certain words greatly increased during your reign.

Those who were here from the days of the first BTP contest to the most recent Pick 6 can remark on how the prizes have grown. Where does that money come from? Surely not from money trees ffs. At one point it was Lou and I running the forum, sportsbook, grading, handling complaints, writing articles. Now we probably have close to 100 employees if not more.

And I’ll try to make this clear one more time before I have to go deal with actual problems we’re facing here in Australia at the moment: I do not give one tiny bit of a rat’s ass what words you say in your personal life. None of these words offend me as they don’t personally pertain to my son, husband or another close loved one at the moment. However I am following the procedures I’ve been told to for almost 10 years. They haven’t changed. You have a problem with that? Go to a better forum that suits you because trust me if you keep this shit up wasting my time you won’t be here. And I’ll even make up a new infraction to justify it.
