I told you to take advantage of the report post option because we can't see everything.
How can any of us make any judgement if we don't even see it.
I also said employees and people in general will have different opinions on what's considered racist and what's not.
I even told you about the porch monkey comment in which 3 forum employees thought it was too much, but 3 other considered it not be racist.
If we banned everyone who made a questionable or borderline comment, we'd lose 20% of all posters.
So I'm gonna tell you this.
Even though I can give infractions and ban someone solely by myself, because I've never been one to have a heavy trigger finger and my superiors know that and only in rare cases I do take action I have their support.
But I don't do even do that.
Out of respect for the person/poster in question, and my peers, I will always consult with 2 other employees in the office on whether someone needs addressed.
When it's unanimous 3-0, action is taken.
When it's not, we merely keep an eye out.
So I can tell you that once we get together, if that 3-0 vote comes in, you are not coming back, unless I stick my neck out just like u did for you, and here you are making up blatant lies.
A curious question I have is why do you think you can get away with calling someone an offensive name repeatedly, yet cry foul when someone does the same to you??Comment -
