dr pepper / cherry coke (lot of people agree)

but in the late spring/summer/fall where i play in beach volleyball tournaments if i buy a pop i have to roll with dew or pepsi plus with free water and a gatorade on the hottest tournament days... redbull if i need that extra kick for an important match/late playoff round where you need to find that extra level of energy after playing for hours

don't care if i have pop if I am doing it while I am currently active as ill be running/sweating right thru them calories and sugar while i play

ppl that sit on their fat ass all day and drink pop/energy drinks and other highly sugar/calorie drinks most days... that's where you run into problems

I found iced tea was best for vball for me
