Was Mountain Dew but stopped for a few months to train for a fight and lost 10 lbs immediately. Head was so clear... haven't sipped on the green stuff in a couple of years.

Yeah Joe, the sugar content in The Dew is insane, not surprised about the 10 lbs at all.

Still good if you need a jolt of energy though. I drank a ton of it when I played semi pro volleyball.
