Definitely better on the huge screen with the big time sound! Some these blockbusters pointless without!!

Back in day I didn’t have much use for going cause the seats were uncomfortable and crowded.

Now days they got the pimped out recliners, waitresses bringing food and drinks, very limited amount of seats so everyone has space!! it pretty great!!! Only thing is I end up falling asleep in 75% of them cause movies rarely any good! Lol. I’m pumped for joker tho!!

My theater room has a 190" screen that feels like it's wrapped around you like an IMAX movie, with 9.1.2 Dolby Atmos sound. Massage chairs that massage you head to toe. Full bar, including daiquiri machines, popcorn machine, traeger grill for the best brisket/bbq your mouth will ever taste. Sorry but the movie theater is a huge step down. I usually wait for video.

I also have four 55" tvs, 2 on each side, so I can watch 5 different games on football Saturday/Sundays. Each TV can do PIP, so I can actually do 10 games if I wanted. It's a hard sell to get me out of the house. I have tix to the Texans game Sunday but I really don't even want to go. I rather relax at home with laptop in hand.

Yeah I went to the local small theater across from where I live, only has 4 rooms I'm surprised it's still in business but matinee is only $5 so it was me and like 10-12 retirees there. Great experience overall I have probably only seen a movie in theaters 3-4 times over the last 5 years

My 65" HDTV with my Fisher and Kenwood 800 Watts between them with 32 speakers (2 of which are 15" woofers)blows the theater experience
away in the sound department.........
