Ticks.

I think we get most scared by large animals, but it's the small ones like ticks and mosquitoes that are most likely to kill us.

Came face to face to a jaguar while hunting wild pigs and deers with my uncles when I was 14... I was by myself (we often got separated to cover more land)... rooster_eater stared at me gleefully, I shot my shotgun to the air and he fled. I was shook.

Lots of crocodiles and alligators while hunting for ducks at the rice crops during rainy season... more than once I shot a nice duck down just to see it fall right next to a creek and gators claim it before I got to it.

Dove with dozens of white tips, hammerheads and tiger/bull sharks while diving near Isla del Coco with my then girlfriend when I was 21... she was from Switzerland and used to force me do shit I didnt like. And yell at me in German when I didnt obey... I wasn't red pilled back then but the angry nazi sex was great

Foxes are normally what youll see here up close. Coyotes are around, hear them alot out in the woods.

Yeah, coyotes, but once ran into a young rattler.

Was far too close to a pissed off horse once, that was actually a pretty dangerous situation.

So I went back later and through sunflower seeds at it.

I might have killed it, I don't know.

hehe, they are smaller than mountain lions and less aggressive, they are actually very hard to encounter

but yeah it was scary, beautiful animal, beautiful colors

we have mountain lions too tho... but they are smaller in Costa Rica than the US for some reason

Horses are quite strong, I could see how that could be dangerous. Where was that you saw a rattler.

Just in the foothills here in california, near a lake about 6500 feet up

Hot weather, the snakes come down for water.

big tiger shark and hammerhead in the bahamas snorkeling above where friends were diving and chumming which i didnt know at the time. I just saw their flag that they were diving and pulled up by their boat and jumped in.

Camping / Hiking trip in Allagash Waterway, Maine.

Set up camp just off a dirt logging road. Walked up a small hill on the road a couple hundred feet and into the woods to pinch a loaf. Found a fallen tree to make my stay more comfortable and took my time. Finished business and proceeded to stumble my way through the underbrush and back onto the dirt road... Where I found myself face-to-face, about 20 feet away, from Daddy, Mommy, and Baby Moose.

Well, it was a good thing that I had just sh!t because my heart was in my throat and my azzhole must have been wide open. I was frozen and could not move. The Mommy and Calf slipped into the opposite woods and that Bull Moose was staring me down and started to paw the dirt road with his front hoof. You know how big a rack a Bull Moose has???

Dafukk am I supposed to do? I started inching backwards and he just kept staring me down. Very slowly I kept inching backward. Very slowly I started walking backward. He just kept staring me down. When I got about 50 feet away from him I finally turned around and started walking slowly. I looked over my shoulder and Thank God he hadn't charged. But he stared me down all the way back to the tent.

Most scared I've ever been in my life.
