As a previous boat owner, I can say the two happiest days of a boat owners life are the day you buy it and the day you sell it. Where I live in FL boat rentals are a decent idea without all the hassle. You pay the rental fee go to the dock get in the boat and go. If it’s breaks down you radio SeaTow and they come repair or tow you in. When your done you leave it at the dock and go about your business. If you owned it add 3-4 hours pre and post boating. Boats are not like cars where you just park it till the next time you’re ready to use it,JMO
