It was but it's been brought back up in the news recently, showed today and grabbed my attention. I had never seen it before..

I guess the cop was still under some kind of legal fix and was finally vindicated for his actions.. That's what I read into anyways.. Something to that effect that brought this incident back to light..

The idiot was walking through a residential neighborhood after that....I would have done the same so that the rounds wouldn't hit somebody in the backstop. Running him over with a car is the same as taking him out using a deadly weapon.
