In order for brooks to win the bet, Mueller has to say that there was no collusion by the Trump campaign and the Russians with regard to the 2016 election.

The statement quoted above does not win the bet for brooks because that statement is with regard to the specific indictment that was made against the Russians today, not the entire investigation.

As Rosenstein said, the investigation is ongoing.

If Mueller comes out and says there was no collusion between any members of the Trump campaign and Russia. I will pay. Simple as that. I am a man of my word.

However, I don’t see how that is possible since Manafort and Gates’s nuts are both in Mueller’s vice. Google “Gates queen for a day”
