, i am on ur side on this one. I am a bit different then most when it comes to training/working out. I guess it boils down to each individuals wants, if u are into training strickly for cosmetic purposes then bench is more up ur ally and thats all good. I am trying to be the best athlete i can be and benching doesnt provide me with enough benefits to be included in my training. I am definately not opposed to anyone doing it, to each his/her own
