    Tired of this shiit....

99% chance guy would have never been shot if he simply would have complied with the chick cops resonable demand...but no he has to do his own thing and ignore her....well the fuucking shithead got what he deserved.

I've been pulled over about 10 times in my life - i like to go fast, probably 5-6 of those at night. I happen to look kinda threatening, appear alot tougher than I really am. Cops approach in almost every situation with hand on gun and flashlight if dark. I put my hands at 10-12 on the steering wheel..Comply with every request...yessir, no sir....I tell the officers what I am going to do, where im going to reach, etc. Completely disarms the cops, diffuses any real bad shiit from happening. If you are not smart enough to do that and you wanna get you vid phone out or get some spect from the hood by challening a cop then u get what u deserve.

Except for the shooting I think in FL where the black nurse was trying to help a patient in the street, I have not seen one of these police shootings where the perpetrator didn't do something or not do something significant to bring on the shooting. This is ridiculous.

Criminal record, committing crimes, disregading cops demand...ok then fuc u.

The only time a cop should shoot at a person is if the suspect poses a deadly threat to himself/herself or the public.
Actually the purpose of a cop firing his gun is not to " kill" it is to " stop" the impending threat.

The point is if a cop fires their gun they are aimng center mass not at a leg or arm....pretty common understanding of that.

How long are we going to accept the excuse "I thought he was reaching for a weapon" or "I was in fear for my life"? The police are shooting more and more UNARMED Americans. That has to stop.

I do not think the end goal of the police should be shooting a gun to kill someone. That's a mistake. The goal should be to STOP AN IMMINENT THREAT. That goal can be met without killing the person. There are many ways to stop a threat, batons, pepper spray, tasers, rubber bullets, etc. The comment the person wrote about shooting out tires is just saying, why rush to shoot to kill? Why not wait it out sometimes? Why not use another option? You shoot someone with a rubber bullet, they are going to drop and retreat. Why not get to a safe vantage point and wait it out? Why the rush to shoot to kill?

Why can these terrorist setting bombs, many times clearly carrying guns, shooting at the cops get apprehended without killing them? but these unarmed people (Black and white) are getting shot dead? Why are people being stopped for bullshit traffic violations getting killed?
My wife just finished training dealing with this sort of situation. It seems regarding someone as a threat is subjective and really, open for interpretation. There are no hard and fast rules to guide these officers is what I gathered.

A couple comments I've seen people make that made sense...

              - People who are easily scared and especially people who would be scared to go into a poor neighborhood with people of different ethnicity's have absolutely no business becoming police officers.

              - Not to sound sexist, but a woman police officer, unable to deal with a male suspect physically, is more likely to use her gun.

              - I am not a police officer so I cannot know what training they receive. But my thinking is: When there is no other member of the public in any danger of being shot, no hostages or whatever anywhere nearby, why not shoot holes in the tires, retreat to a safe distance, and wait it out? Why the rush to shoot and kill the "threat"?
This female officer that murdered this man has the short man complex:

Women aren't the problem. The problem is that police departments (emong others) have become equal opportunity employers, instead of screening people out who don't meet the physical criteria to perform the job safely and effectively, like they used to do.

I've seen little runt male cops that weighed maybe 80 lbs soaking wet. Without their gun out, perps would just laugh at them and carry on their business. It's a freaking joke, and endangers the officer as well as the public.
