Pretty sure I was about 10 years ago.
Couple years ago, got it all set up and HDMI'd to TV within 10 minutes was playing. Played for a few hours that night. Never flipped it back on.
While this is a cool idea. Emulator is the way to go if you really want to play. Have 2 USB nintendo controllers.Comment -

I can afford to lose thousands of dollars and laugh it off.

#45All licensed and under their control, cost of hardware is cheap, almost zero development cost... anyone thinking this will be a 'bust' is a moron. This will be big for Nintendo as all of us 30 somethings shell out 3 20's for a little nostalgia. Plus it will be compatible with the Wii and Wii U virtual console so basically it's a cheaper route to those wanting to play those games (and buy them) without the cost of having to buy a Wii U. Short term growth, tho, I don't see this selling huge a year from now but there is def some money to be made on it.Comment -

#49It's a great idea to put that back out but could throw some better games on it. I still have my old one and play it a few times a year. Double Dragon 2 I just got a few weeks ago.Comment -

#50I don't get why only 30 games? You could probably fit every one of the old NES games on an iPhone, they're tiny by today's standardsComment -

#51I am pretty sure that the entire NES library of over 800 games will easily fit on a standard CD with plenty of space left over.Originally posted by texhooperI don't get why only 30 games? #56Which games was that Life Force or Contra, LOL. The memories. And blowing on the cartridge to get the game work was classic. Every Clown in here that is 33-45 should get one these because many of you spend countless of hours playing this stuff back in the days.Originally posted by LVHerbieUp Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A StartComment -

That code worked on tons of games. Contra and castlevania are the ones I remember but I just looked it up and it is called the konami code. Apparently it even works on gta5. It gives you a million dollarsComment -

#59"A common misconception is that the code ends with Start or Select Start. In many titles, the player must press Start after entering the code in order to start a game, or press Select to switch to two-player mode and then start the game, leading to the confusion."Originally posted by The KrakenABAB select start
