pretty sure they sell a controller that plugs into tv AV ports that has all the basic emulators and roms of every system. I believe its cheaper then 59.99$ also.

All regular nintendo games combined is less than 250 MB. You can literally download every regular nintendo game ever in a minute.

Pretty sure I was about 10 years ago.

Couple years ago, got it all set up and HDMI'd to TV within 10 minutes was playing. Played for a few hours that night. Never flipped it back on.

While this is a cool idea. Emulator is the way to go if you really want to play. Have 2 USB nintendo controllers.

All licensed and under their control, cost of hardware is cheap, almost zero development cost... anyone thinking this will be a 'bust' is a moron. This will be big for Nintendo as all of us 30 somethings shell out 3 20's for a little nostalgia. Plus it will be compatible with the Wii and Wii U virtual console so basically it's a cheaper route to those wanting to play those games (and buy them) without the cost of having to buy a Wii U. Short term growth, tho, I don't see this selling huge a year from now but there is def some money to be made on it.

It's a great idea to put that back out but could throw some better games on it. I still have my old one and play it a few times a year. Double Dragon 2 I just got a few weeks ago.

I am pretty sure that the entire NES library of over 800 games will easily fit on a standard CD with plenty of space left over.

They are probably going to have various versions. Deluxe etc.
Nintendo overly cautious IMO should just put the damn library up on their e-store

That code worked on tons of games. Contra and castlevania are the ones I remember but I just looked it up and it is called the konami code. Apparently it even works on gta5. It gives you a million dollars

And I think I preferred Super C over regular Contra.

No super tecmo is just dumb. It was by far the best game Nintendo ever made. Hell it still probably one of the greatest games on any system.
