Somali Migrant Who Molested Three Girls Avoids Jail, Blames ‘Cultural Differences’

A recent migrant from Somalia who molested an under-age girl and two young women in a single day has escaped jail, with his lawyer arguing his crimes were due to “cultural differences”. Ali Abdullahi’s lawyer explained that the defendant had come to the UK from a “conservative” Somalian community via Kenya in 2011, and that he has a wife who is currently living in Ethiopia.
In a single day, he tried to kiss a 15-year-old girl on a station platform, lunged at a female passenger on a train journey, and made an “inappropriate” approach at another woman.
The crimes were committed on board a train and at Torquay train station in Devon in December 2013. Mr Abdullahi, 34, was given a community order and told to attend a sex offender course to improve his conduct with women.
“You behaved completely inappropriately…” the Judge said. “The sex offending was not of the most serious kind but would have been extremely frightening to both girls”, he added.
Despite pleading guilty to the attacks, Mr. Abdullahi, who works as a security guard, still has trouble admitting he did anything wrong, the court heard.
Adrian Chaplin, mitigating, said that at the time of the offences Mr Abdullahi had been tired after a day at work, and claimed his client*felt frustrated as he was trying to “establish a rapport” with the girls.

Consultant Suspended after Confronting Surgeon who Planned to Operate Wearing Hijab

A consultant has been suspended after revealing how he asked a Muslim surgeon to remove her headscarf in the operating theatre. Dr Vladislav Rogozov said in a blog that he confronted the woman before surgery, telling her it was against health and safety regulations. However, she refused to remove the headscarf, walking out of the operation and forcing staff to find a replacement.
She then accused Dr Rogozov of discrimination, and when an investigation by Sheffield’s Royal Hallamshire Hospital ruled he had been correct in enforcing the dress code, she quit the hospital.
The*Daily Mail*says*the hospital dress code states that religious headscarves are “excluded in areas such as theatre, where they could present a health and cross-infection hazard”.
The incident was not made public at the time, but Dr Rogozov was suspended last month after writing about it in a Czech-language blog.
“I came into the operating room, where I met the surgeon, a woman shrouded in a Muslim headscarf,” He wrote. “I immediately stopped the operation of the hall and asked her to put down her scarf and replace it with the prescribed headgear.”
“After a long discussion held with respect, decency and factual arguments, the surgeon refused and left the operating room. We managed to subsequently find another surgeon who performed the operation.
“After the end of the operating day other members of the surgical team came to me (in a low voice and with the door closed) to share their concerns about the threat to patient safety.”
He also claimed that colleagues had longstanding concerns but said “no one dared to highlight this issue because they feared being accused of racism or intolerance”.
Dr Rogozov also claimed that a male doctor recited verses from the Quran during surgery, and said that Muslim staff took prayer breaks in the middle of operations.
“If the medics in a developed country are afraid to draw attention to threats to patient safety because of accusations of racism, then it is an example of the absurdity of multiculturalism,” he wrote.
Dr David Throssell, a spokesman for Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, said: “The member of staff has not been excluded from work for raising patient safety issues as we take these very seriously.
“However since the publication of articles, attributed to the member of staff, we have received concerns about the tone he has used.
“On this basis the content and nature of the views published are currently being investigated.”Comment -
I have 2 German nationals living at my house for a week and a half. I asked them specifically about the immigration issue as the reason they are here in Los Angeles is to discuss immigration and emigration.
They stated that the only real issue for Germany is in Saxony where right wing German Nationalists are bothering the refugees. The other issue that they identified is that certain countries along the route that refugees take are not properly equipped to deal with them. For Germany, it's not a problem. I also asked about the rape/groping incident - not a widespread issue. Very troublesome and unsettling but not an epidemic by any stretch.
I have also asked other German ex pats that I know. They say this is not an issue.
Many have commented to me that German Nationalists (read Nazi's) were attempting to sensationalize certain events to further their own agenda.
So in summary, between Zizou and the other ACTUAL GERMANS that I have spoken to, they all say there is no problem. But keep posting guys, you're doing god's work.Comment -

Danish prosecutors say a 16-year-old girl who was arrested in January was planning bomb attacks against a Jewish school in Copenhagen and another school in Denmark.
Prosecutors presented the preliminary charges against her and a 24-year-old man suspected of being her accomplice in a court hearing Tuesday in Holbaek, northwest of the Danish capital.
The AP report carefully avoids the I word and the M word. Just an inexplicable plot against a Jewish school by a 16-year-old for no apparent reason. Danish news however uses the M word.
The 15-year-old girl's mother was strongly opposed that the daughter had converted.
The teenage girl had converted to Islam and the attack was being planned with a 24-year old Jihadist who had fought in Syria. The adult Jihadist had been in prison and is an Islamist, but the usual Islamic sources are claiming he's just a "confused young man". Because this is some sort of Monty Python skit.
The 24-year-old former Syria fighter among other things obtained bomb manuals. According to the prosecutor, the accused planned to commit terror against Sydskolen in Fårevejle and the Jewish private school Caroline School in Copenhagen.
Jewish parents of children Caroline School have previously expressed concern* for their children's safety in connection with the terrorist attack on the synagogue in Copenhagen last year.

The man is described as dark-skinned and around 6ft 1in tall, powerfully-built, with short grey curly hair, brown eyes and moustache. The attack is the latest in a spate of sexual assaults said to involve migrants.While bosses at a watermark in Norderstedt in Germany have announced plans to segregate men and women after police arrested two asylum seekers from Afghanistan accused of carrying out a sex attack on two girls. A Swedish bus driver has found himself out of work and the subject of an investigation after he was discovered to have shared news articles from right-leaning news sites. Expressing concern about the equal treatment of passengers, the transport authority of Dalarna, Sweden suspended one of their bus drivers on Monday after they were alerted to his on-line activities the same day. Although the driver has not been named, local*news Dalarnas Tidningar*reports the man had shared posts critical of mass migration on Facebook.
Among his postings were articles from right leaning news site*Avpixlat— literally ‘without pixels’ — part of the new media movement in Sweden. The website takes its name from the habitual censorship in Sweden’s mainstream media which sees photographs of migrant criminal suspects pixelated, and even their skin tone changed to hide the extent of migrant crime.
In addition to the*Avpixlat*articles, the driver was also reportedly observed to have shared jokes, and posts “critical” of migration.
Despite the action against him, the driver stood by his views. He said: “This country is being drained of resources, with certain groups getting priority over others. Previously, we had an idea of the general welfare, that we have abandoned.
“It’s not fair. I am at heart sad about what is happening in Sweden”.
Regional director*Tiina Ohlsson said of the decision to suspend the man: “We see a risk that passengers might*not be treated equally, and are now making an investigation”. The company expressed a concern there may be “consequences” for travellers if they attempted to board a bus and already knew about his views.
The company also cited a worry there may be a xenophobic atmosphere aboard the bus, and said the driver had acted inappropriately. Yet the bus company CEO Conny Strand admitted there has been no indication whatsoever that anyone who rode the buses were aware of the drivers views, or that he ever made them public.
Although Mr. Strand admitted the posts had been made in the driver’s spare time and in general people were entitled to their opinions, the investigation would be assessing whether bus drivers should have certain standards to be able to do their jobs,*reports Avpixlat.
Speaking to the website, the driver himself said he was being backed up by his colleagues to return to work, and said he’d never had any complaints or trouble in his time as a driver. The hearing will be this week.

Two mentally handicapped girls are said to have been sexually harassed by unknown persons in the Böblingen district of Herrenberg.
The 12 and 17-year-old girls were sitting in a whirlpool when three unknown men surrounded them and touched them. Other visitors to the pool saw the situation and informed the pool attendant, said Peter Widenhorn, spokesman for the Ludwigsburg police committee, to “Welt”.
The girls were alone. According to the spokesman, they go regularly to the swimming pool, their parents drove them there.
The pool attendant immediately expelled them from the pool. “He failed to notify the police,” said the police spokesman. It was the parents of the girls who first got them involved when they filed a criminal complaint.*

Canadian Immigration Minister John McCallum,*wants to take 305,000*immigrants and so-called “refugees” in 2016, despite 60% of Canadians against the government’s admission of 25,000 Syrians.
“It outlines a significant shift in immigration policy towards reuniting more families, building our economy and upholding Canada’s humanitarian traditions to resettle refugees and offer protection to those in need” McCallum said.
He said the government will also spend more money on the immigration system, so that immigrants can come into the country quicker.
This would be the highest number of immigrants to be allowed into Canada in decades.
As mentioned earlier, the*majority of Canadians are against Syrian immigration*according to a poll. So the city of Toronto is*spending tax payer’s money to manipulate public opinion, and make people pro-immigration.
In February, the Toronto*city council*granted*$220,000 to the “Newcomer Office”, which they are using to force their agenda in public education.
Toronto has a*city-wide “Public Education Campaign Against Xenophobia, Islamophobia and Racism.” Also known as brainwashing.

He said: “Of the 500-600 who come to Sweden every week many are already registered in Germany. “If we don’t return them to Germany there will be more in our asylum system.” The minister added Germany's new refugee policy enforced Sweden’s need to maintain border controls and ID checks. He said: “There are several hundred thousand asylum seekers in Germany that could move north to Sweden and Denmark. It would place high pressure on us when our asylum centres are full.”

Among those were war criminals, Islamist terrorists planning to use Sweden as a base for future terror attacks, and members of foreign intelligence agencies sent to Sweden under cover as refugees, but actually working as spies,*reportsSVT.
The security service itself took the unusual step of publishing their own press*release*on the subject today, revealing they could only act in an “advisory” role to the migration board. Hinting at a possible rift between the bodies, the release made it clear that “people who pose a security threat should not be able to establish themselves in Sweden”, but clarified in many cases they could only act where there was “concrete suspicion of criminal intent”.
The body reported what while the “focus” is on “terrorism-related cases”, they were concerned about “refugee espionage”.
On determining how migrants are assessed as security threats or not, deputy chief of security*Johan Sjöö said: “We look at where they come from. What they have done before. If they belonged to any organisations, groups or networks dedicated to security-threatening activities? We also look at what they do today, and may do in Sweden”.
The deputy chief said they often saw individuals “moving in groups” that engage in “finance, recruitment, and logistics” for terror organisations.
Yet these security threats won’t be sent back by the migration bureau because they fear the individuals could be persecuted in their home countries. Migration board chief*Mikael Ribbenvik explained his decision on the matter, remarking: “We do not have capital punishment in Sweden, and we are not sending*people to their deaths”,reportsFriatider.
