To an extent; they have the right, as does anyone, to exercise the same rights as everyone else. They don't have the right to control how other people treat them when rights aren't violated; this includes any speech, beliefs or refusals to associate they might consider offensive. Despite many of us hoping and working for a society that treats people without regard to race or other genetic divisions, nobody has the right to prevent another from exercising their rights simply because they're considered offensive...a common mistake increasingly enshrined into unconstitutional laws

What you view as "spewing 'their" talking points" (which ones remain unclear) appears to be you believing that the weight of an argument isn't in its merit, but in whether or not anyone disreputable has ever made the argument. Hardly a reasonable way to go through life, but you're far from alone; many people take these false mental shortcuts and end up with ridiculous, contradictory worldviews as a result.
