They had a fukkin red light lit up top you could see from the road which indicated they were servin them off the assembly line and you could get them pipping hot if that red light was lit up.

I grew up in north mississippi but when I was a young buck my dad drove us up to memphis to Krispy Kreme donuts. Best thing I have ever eaten. Could bang out a dozen..... I'm stoned and want some donuts and milk.

Hi all. I'm from Australia and each time I've been over to LA I have gone to Randy's Donuts. Love them. Even dropped by on our way to the airport to grab some to bring back home to Australia and stuck them in the freezer.
We've just had the first Krispy Kreme open in our city and there have been lines out the door, so bad the police were there giving people parking tickets etc. People were also robbed at gunpoint for their donuts!

I see nobody said Dunkin Donuts and for good reason, they arnt good, have no idea how they are still around, Im sure its because of their variety and savvy marketing though, they even offer breakfast sandwiches now. Sad that Krispy Kreme almost went out of business some years back, wish there was one closer to me Im stuck with a Dunkn Donuts down the road. Dunkin Donuts revenue in 2012 was 6.9 billion while just last year Krispy Kreme's was only 453 million, how the hell does that happen. When Krispy Kreme was falling under some years back it was so obvious they were living in the dark ages, so many things they didnt have or offer that others did.

you can't even compare krispy kreme to dunkin, that's how low quality krispy kreme is. It's amusing reading people say they are good lol but to each their own. It's just reality is krispy kreme is garbage quality, not an opinion, it's a fact if you have ever tasted their donuts. They are bottom of barrel when it comes to quality. Of course, I'm sure they are people out there that like taco bell over chipotle, same thing as krispy kreme over *insert any other brand name*


the distinction would be this

Do you want a donut made from quality dough and has real flavor or do you want a piece of low quality, fried bread with too much cheap, sugar on it so it doesn't taste like any particular flavor, just like sugar?

I agree their coffee is good as well as McDonalds, Krispy Kreme's coffee tastes like sh!t, but I think Starbucks coffee is crap also and somehow that company is doing crazy well.

Krispy Kreme is the best donut ever made.. Dunkin is a joke.. I have to eat Shipley donuts now. They are hit or miss. Got so fukkin mad at this black broad waiting on me. They open at 5:30 am. I pull up at 5:35 at the drive thru. Tell the bittch to give me a dozen donut holes, she says they haven't even started on the donut holes. I said well when they gonna be ready and she shrugs her shoulders insinuating she doesn't know or care....... Hate that bittch.... See, the guy who use to manage the shipleys would give me free piping hot donut holes cause I sold him bud but he is gone to the penn for his own sell charges. I'm always checking up on him on the mississippi department of corrections website to see if he is out yet so I can go back to getting some decent donut holes for free. He should be getting out soon...
