I mean if it's a solid wood you can probably get like $300-$500 for it...that's just my guess...put it on Craigslist and see what happens
The reason why I'm saying this is you can clear up a lot of room down there. After the dresser is gone, put a separate stand for TV on the corner and a small table for the fish tank and you would still have some extra space left.
