You can tell the defender was in the correct spot, just waiting to wrap up the RB and end the play. Unfortunately, the poor kid was merely a speed bump to Fournette.

I wonder what that defensive back thought during that last split-second before impact ... when it became apparent that Fournette had too much momentum and size to handle.

i hit a 75-1 horse in the breeders cup or some other stakes race for a few bucks, can't remember. Tailed sbr lou for a 15-1 prop on maquez wins by tko/ko, was jumping up and down with joy. not a big ML dog guy.

As far as America-Pumas, I lean toward Pumas finding a way to get through to the semifinals. I agree that Pumas would be thrilled to play for a low-scoring draw, although it's obviously going to be a lot tougher for Pumas to keep everything tight at the Azteca. America's form is just not good enough to back right now, and Pumas has now won three in a row against America. I think Pumas is in a great spot here, as they're putting in some good showings and improving at the right time while America can't seem to put a complete performance together.

If America gets the first goal to even the two-leg tie, however, Pumas could get a little tight and let this slip through their fingers. Pumas +1 is a bit chalky, so perhaps the under or a shot at the draw around 2.5-to-1 or 3-to-1 odds might be suitable. Tough to give a strong play on this because that first goal will change the complexion of everything.
