I just watched French Connection again for the 100th time.
Easily in my top ten all time favorites.
The Movie Channel is playing the sequel now.
As far as sequels go that one ia pretty good too, I may bail on it though, it's not like I've seen that 100 times before either.
Gene Hackman is a deity I tell you. You can have Clint, I'll take Gene.
How dare you say this of our midget king
Good morning and good luck today gentz!!!

I watched Mississippi Burning last night thought I had watched it before but I had not,
its on epix this month
I like both actors feel Hackman don't get the credit he should for all the great movies he has been in, he has a million credits and I cant think of a bad one

Hackman almost got the roll of Mike Brady in The Brady Bunch.
The Brady Bunch creator wanted him.

The role of Popeye Doyle was originally going to go to Ed O'Neill, (Al Bundy) but was committed to other projects.
Hackman winds up with the role and wins the big one for best actor.
Hackman's still alive and kicking at age 92, O'Neill is 'only' 76 years old.
People forget Hackman played Lex Luthor in Superman, he also was up for Best Supporting Actor in Eastwood's "Unforgiven".
And on, and on...

It's almost cosmic that five minutes after I dumped my morning poo, I read your post.
It's like we're connected Daggles, scary, huh?

Looks just like one of my turd missiles the morning after Chili Night as Casa de Nasher.

That was a great angle too.
We watched one of the live streams of the launch the other day, about 36 minutes in the stream below you can see the booster land to be reused on a floating target in the ocean.
If you guys haven’t seen, you should watch...

Seeing more “reverse line movement” across the board today in baseball than we’ve seen in any single day perhaps all season.
Hmmm.

I have seen "No Way Out", and it yeah, it was solid.
Did you ever notice the "Law and Order" connection in "No Way Out"?
George Dzundza, who was in season one (Chris Noth's partner) and Fred Thomson who took over as DA (Jack McCoy's boss for a couple of seasons.
I always wondered if Dick Wolf had some sort of consulting role in that movie, considering he used the two actors in his series later on.
Dick Wolf has an amazing eye for talent, always a decade ahead of everybody else.
Oh, not for nothing, that was the hottest Sean Young has ever looked.
Ever.

I can't explain it, scatological humor always cracks me up.
Or as the great Don Imus said "if you're in to scat jokes, you're full of shit"

Yes. I’ve trained her to eat, sleep and poop so far.

She’s a quick learner.
Unbelievable, that's exactly how we trained Tessie Dog.
Like Marvel, she too became an expert in sleeping, eating, and pooping.
It's her poops that makes Daddy proud though.

The announcers saw that and brought it up.
They interviewed him and he said people come up to him and ask him to say "yeah booooiiiiiii!"....or ask him the time...lol.

Back in the day I could hang with both Hedgehog and Johnny the Wad.
Ever since I turned forty I could still hang, I just have to pace myself.
It's always been and still is a young man's game.
