I sleep pretty well nowadays. usually vape or smoke around 30-90 minutes before bed, then take the cbn pill right before bed. gonna try the cbn tincture from 3chi, more cost effective than extract labs cbn capsules. need to smoke/vape beforehand to get the full spectrum effect, taking the cbn supplement alone won't do it for me.

on a rigid schedule, usually go to bed at the same time every night, wake up 8 hours+ later. I exercise first thing in the morning. i avoid urge to wake up early and lay in bed with my eyes closed until the 8-9 hour alarm goes off. I always try to go back to bed in the morning if I wake up early and get that 8+ hour mark. I used to always watch tv before bed, nearly every day of the year. now i say F that crap, just go right to bed at the same time. you don't "have" to watch tv before bed, you can just go right to bed without "unwinding" after a long day of work. TV sucks anyway.

even if I am super wired, I will always go to bed at the same time and take the CBN right before bed. Eating good nutrition helps too. You try the blue light filters on your screens? Turning down screen brightness? Limiting screen time? Cutting out caffeine? Got a good foam mattress that helps and a foam pillow. I take out all the foam in the pillow so there is barely any left. I also sleep with a teddy bear that is a big help. Just kidding, I made that last part up. It's a doll.

Getting dinner in hours beforehand is also important so that I am not hungry or eating too late

I just gotta realize I'm 39 and this is my life

I'm pretty productive for being on 4 ,sometimes 5 hours

of sleep thankfully . But it hurts my immune system

and my overall health now that I'm getting bit older.
