Question about misinformation: Do you look at it different because of motive or is it all the same?

1) person puts it out there knowing it is not correct

2) person got it from unreliable source and took as good information and past it along with no research

3) person got it from unreliable source but it support their view and past it along truth didn't matter

4) person got it from a reliable source but it was wrong and didn't research

5) At the time it was put out there it was best information anyone had and later changed
