But they got to be a nice guaranteed prize pool if I'm dedicating four hours to it.

Nothing in life is guaranteed, those dividend checks are pretty close to it.

You know who holds my mortgage on my condo?
Yep, new Horizon.
And they are very easy to deal with.
I'm fine, but they helped out others with mortgage problems due to the COVID.
They're more than the bottom line.

When I had a mortgage, it was with Fifth Third, and I never had one issue with them.

Of course I always paid on the first of the month the second the statement came out and always paid over double what I owed.

Feels good to not have a mortgage. I make 3 payments a year, 2 tax payments and 1 insurance payment.

Dirt cheap percentage , I mean 2.2% 15 year fixed rate cheap, condo insurance and property tax built in.
I'll like my arrangement, I could pay it off tomorrow, but no need to, and I like the idea of having that cash handy for now.
