work everything in your body with low impact on joints
hydrotherapy in a sense as well ,sounds dumb but honing skills in water
is important as you never know when will need it to literally save your life
insane how many people are walking around who can barely swim
anyways , I love swimming as you can see .
Will one day have a very nice swimming pool to go along with hot tub
