I love a good buttermilk but the cheese might vary. My top version has grilled onions, sometimes grilled ham too, and American cheese with that mix.

When we were looking at opening a restaurant, we we're planning an extremely limited menu. Grilled cheese, spaghetti, lemon chicken in sherri, porkchops with shredded potatos and mustard fried into it (man that's good), a chicken in a cream soup sauce, and a couple of others for each night of the week.

Nice. I had some Baylor ML's in during the tourney and of course the +4.5 middle shot, but I managed to avoid the shit and get some of those other winners through each week.

Houston and Gonzaga came through big time. I was lucky to avoid those Big 10 teams, and just passed over the games. Especially Iowa and that UCLA Michigan game.

That Michigan game could have been costly had it been a part of the equity building. I got lucky when we ruled that one out.

It was that soccer upset I posted about earlier that was a real bummer. It wasn't so much about what risk was lost.

It was all about what didn't get paid out. Had some multiples on those legs and that West Brom beating Chelsea was a salad tosser.
