The disappointment is in the way it was brought, the bad beat. Purists want to point to all the factors that led both to the Over not coming, and the push occurring.

Every single factor, including the dropped pass, could, if you wanted to view it through an alternate lens, be attributed to player decisions. We could add the ref flags, but in the end, those are definitely attributed to player decisions, no matter the lens you use.

selling the trnc calls and taking some profit

disappointment probably influences gamblers future moves. can you define disappointment via a query? repeatable parameters? probably gain some insights, do some kind of analysis.
