The Orioles were also waiting for more weather updates to make a roster move to add an extra infielder to replace starting shortstop J.J. Hardy, who is expected to miss four to six weeks with a nondisplaced fracture in his right wrist.
"Got a lot of different scenarios in place now," Showalter said. "I think as we get a better weather report as we get closer to game time, it might dictate some of the moves we make. Obviously, we’re going to add an infielder when we play our next game."

The injury was known, but the Showalter quote indicates Baltimore probably should have been a pass or at least not bet so early today.

First week, the best thing to do, that I can see for now, is follow the flow of money and try to make a call on Sunday.

It's only week 1, on one hand the market isn't very sophisticated, which could make it softer, but being so early in the season makes it harder to read direction, there just isn't much to handicap with yet.

I'll be looking much closer tomorrow.

got blazed off this White Widow strain and went for a cruise on the bike
I got a Schwinn 10 speed Aluminum with racing grips on handlebars
