FBI had interviewed the older brother two years ago for suspected terrorist affiliation. Shouldn't the FBI of had everything they need to know about the guy already on file and been able to put 2+2 together on their own once when they visually identified their suspects on surveillance cam? Especially with the bombings happening in the same vicinity of his residence. Needing to release their photo's publicly to ID them and spooking them, leading to this mess today should of all been completely unnecessary. Also funny how a million cops and FBI agents couldn't find him, yet a citizen in lockdown all day long locates him 5 minutes after the public is allowed to go outside.
